Basta Pasta Week Homepage

After months of pasta meals (see our weekly menu), Matteo and Roberto decided to take a break and featured the first Basta Pasta Week . Why may you be interested?

1. You are a friend of mine or Matteo's (or of both of us).
2. You may win the Best Recipe Award.
3. You might be invited to the Back to Pasta Party.
4. You are just curious.
This is a week (starting Friday, Jan 26, 1996 and ending Thursday, Feb 1, 1996) during which we will not eat pasta at all. Just to make things clear: it is not that we don't like pasta anymore! In fact we already miss it after only one day. What we want is just to try new pasta-free recipes. Furthermore, along with the BPW we featured the, of course necessary, Pasta Farewell Party which was held on Thursday, Jan 25, 1996 at Matteo's place. Check out Matteo's PFP report.

We gathered pasta-free recipes. We have got 22 recipes. checkitout.gif

Due to the success of the Pasta Party Farewell, we decided to organize the Back to Basta Party!!!! The Back to Pasta Party was held on Friday, Feb 2, 1996, at Matteo's place. Check out Matteo's BPP report.

We awarded the best recipe!!!
