Thanks everybody for showing up at the PFP. Let me just write a two line summary: We cooked and ate 10 pounds of pasta (4.5 kgs), prepared in 11 different ways, as followsLet me add to Matteo's report, that I was also busy in the kitchen and that we had useful help from the (about 20) participants.Although I was busy in the kitchen, I had the opportunity to try everything, and it was awesome. For this reason we might have a "Back to Pasta Party" next Friday. But this time is gonna be REALLY big, and there will be different sauces from tonite's.

- - penne porcini piselli e panna (porcini mushroom, peas and cream)

- - rotini al mascarpone e noci (walnuts and mascarpone cheese)

- - penne al sugo con tonno (tuna) sauce from Paola
- - penne e spaghetti al pomodoro (tomato)
- - conchiglie alle cime di rapa (broccoli rabes)
- - spaghetti alla carbonara (carbonara)
- - spaghetti al pesto (pesto) sauce from Dimitri
- - rotini al Curry, banane e ceci sauce from Rebecca and Konni
